Maille (Molly) Rose Fox '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi everyone! My name is Maille Fox, and I am currently a junior at Brookfield East High School in Brookfield, WI.  Currently, at my High School, I do not have a team to play for as no public schools in my district have a team. Although, I have played club since 2017 and have played for my club, LIFT, ever since. I would consider myself a very hardworking athlete who is focused on being successful with my education while maintaining a proper balance of social activity and athletics. I would love to pursue field hockey on the collegiate level, as it is a goal I have been reaching for over the last 3 years.  Although I would consider Field Hockey my main passion, I do take interest in law and public policy and hope to proceed with a career in the political career field. I hope to graduate with a major in PoliSci, with a Master's in foreign affairs. Once I graduate college, I would like to reform and reproduce USA foreign policies in relation to Western African countries, or stay domestic and reform the Board of Education to be more beneficial to students in need of a wider variety of in-school mental health resources. One thing I have learned from playing club field hockey is to set goals and work hard to achieve them. Working smarter with leadership and your teammates in mind is something I consider before every athletic event; I truly believe that I can work towards this goal for it to be applied at the collegiate level.
