Hi coach
My name is Louie Gonzales. I play running back and outside linebacker. I recently completed my junior year at Lake Havasu High School and look forward to my final year of high school. I am a very dedicated student athlete and want to pursue my dream of attending college to further my education and playing football at the college level. I would like to study in the field of sports medicine because sports are my passion.
I am a very young student athlete I will be seventeen November 6, 2015. I have always competed for positions against athletes much older than me. This has made me better and tougher mentally and physically. I believe having to play up has also made me a leader among my teammates.
Although my junior year I was unable to play due to an injury. My growth plate separated from my shin bone and had to be sidelined. I was there for every practice and game. I did not have football play time my junior year. I continued to go to the gym and work on my upper body. I worked on gaining size and weight. I played varsity baseball and worked on my leg strength and am now anxiously waiting for football season to begin.
I feel I have gotten much stronger, faster and confident. My senior year will be a great football year. I currently have no film due to my injury that occurred last season. I only have video from one game my sophomore year. I will send video as I have it available. I hope you will find time to look at me this year I will not disappoint you. I look forward to any opportunity.
Thank you
