For as long as I can remember, I've always played team sports. Of all of them, football has always stood out to me. In order for football teams to be successful, the players need to show cooperation, companionship, love and trust towards each other. I've learned to acquire these qualities while playing football. Football has given me a sense of belonging and purpose. Every person has a place on the team and each is just as important as the others. Special teams are the underappreciated piece of a team, nobody knows how important they are until they need them. When I've been needed and expected to perform under pressure, I can always deliver to the best of my ability. With years of soccer in my back round, punting has been a natural motion for me. I’ve learned to maximise my strengths, such as my precision and consistency to become a vital part of the team. With my love for football and my eagerness to learn, the opportunity to play collegiate football would exceed my goals and aspirations.
