Matt Blocker '20 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to go to a 4 year university and play football.  I may not be the fastest, largest or strongest on the field but I know what needs to be done and do my job on every play. I work hard so i can avoid failure.  I have a high football IQ and I believe that along with my athleticism, dedication and dependability is why I have been asked to several play several positions.  My positive outlook towards life and my desire to succeed helps keep me focused in the classroom and in life.  I also understand that playing football, and really any sport, is a gift and it helps me appreciate my time on the field, both in games and practice.
