Rowan Welch '23 Recruiting Profile

At Denver South, I play offensive line, guard/center, entering my third year as a Varsity starter for the league champion team. Some of my best accomplishments to date are the Freshman “HOG” of the year (2019), Varsity team member of the “Nasty 9” (2020, 2021), All-League Honorable Mention OL (2020, 2021), two State playoff runs (2020, 2021), and CHSAA First Team All-Academic for Track and Field (2022). I am a two sport Varsity athlete, Football and Track and Field (Thrower), and also played two years of Lacrosse (Goalie/Attack) at Denver South.  Not only do I strive to excel and continuously improve in the gym and on the field; I come with a highly competitive 5.07 weighted GPA and 1380 SAT, taking 6 AP classes and the rigorous Engineering Studies track at Denver South.
