Zachary Morgan '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Zachary Morgan and I love the game (football) I live to play ball, I play in the fall and in the spring. I have played every position although I have my favorites, doesn't everyone. My favorites to play are running back, corner, and middle linebacker. I love to hit people my nick name was "THUNDER" due to how hard I have hit. I had to earn my nickname and in order to keep it. My first year playing football I was a quarter back and I personally scored 11 touchdowns that year. I love to run and hit people to get that touchdown. I always say first down or touchdown. I have been the captain of my football teams and I believe that is a huge honor and responsibility. I have always used the three "D" when playing ball (drive, determination, and equals domination. I learned that from one of my coaches and it has stayed with me for years!! I have had some good years playing ball and some bad years but during all of them I have always learned something. I love to come up with plays and talk to coaches and my team about what I think. I will always give you an honest opinion even if you don't like it, sorry but that is my style. I do play other sports such as basketball and rugby to stay in shape and keep myself busy. This is my fourth year doing Rugby and I made varsity each time which is an honor. We ended up winning third in state, what an honor that was. I love to have the ball and make things happen. Rugby is not for everyone, but it has been great for me. I have learned so much in rugby that it has helped me a lot during football. It is good for conditioning and learning different moves to use for football.  I am an athlete that just needs an opportunity to show what I can do.  I love the game of football and try to play it as much as I can. You can check with all my coaches and they will tell you I love the game and I would play no matter what, FOOTBALL and RUGBY is the sports that everyone should enjoy!! I have played every position asked of me in all the sports I have played. I just need the opportunity to show you what I can do.  I love to learn and I think knowledge is power.
