I am a football player, not just a kid who plays football. I am 16 years old, I’m 6’1’ tall, weigh 295 lbs and live in Southington, CT. I am the starting varsity offensive center and long snapper going into my junior year. I am also very serious about my academics, have received highest honors every year and presently have a 4.1 GPA.
It is my dream to be a student-athlete and play football in college. I am looking for an institution where I can be challenged and succeed both in the classroom and on the field. A university with an outstanding academic reputation is extremely important to me, even though I have not yet chosen my major; I know I want to pursue something in the medical field. On the football field, I want to go to a school where I can be challenged to become the best player I can and know that the playing time I get is time that I have earned.
