Being an athlete has always been a huge part of my life. As I grow and transition into a high school student-athlete, I realize the importance of carrying that passion onto the field and into the classroom. My athleticism has allowed me to excel in both lacrosse and football as a younger athlete. However, I am even more committed to focusing and training at the next level to improve my skills as a player and a student. I am proud that this work ethic earned me a roster spot as a freshman on the 2018 Ridgefield High School Varsity Lacrosse team, the 13th ranked team in the country and Connecticut State Champions, as well being the starting Running Back as a sophomore for the 2018 Varsity Football team.
As a Running Back, my love for football became clear during my fourth grade youth season. Though I played hard, I was unable to finish the last game due to an injury. As tough as it was to not play, it allowed me to focus on my teammates, bringing positive energy and support to the team and helping us win the final game. It was a proud moment, and an experience that will always stick with me. As I mature, I am excited to test myself and am confident about my prospects as a college football player.
