Luke Mutuski '25 Recruiting Profile

As an Athlete and as a Student, I will put forth my highest effort on and off the field.  Whether in tests, or during practice, nothing has higher value in my life than effort and endurance.  From a young age I have always aspired to attend a prestigious university, whether for academics or sports, and I truly believe that through sports and school, I can achieve that dream. One attribute that I have obtained is a strong drive and passion for committing to excellence, not only do I strive to create a good end product on and off the field, but I enjoy the process of working hard, especially for a greater cause like a team. Although I am an athlete, nothing has higher precedent and standard than academics, this will always be a top priority of mine not only to succeed, but to improve my own intelligence on a more personal level. An additional attribute I maintain is the idea of team spirit, nothing and no one comes ahead of me and my band of brothers that I call teammates. Whether through empathy, sympathy, or motivation I will always be there to support them and support the team as a whole. To close my personal statement, I would like to leave you with this. There might be someone with a higher GPA, or a higher SAT/ACT score, someone that has more accolades, someone who comes from a more well-known academic institution, but no one will bring more passion and drive to your team than me. And I can guarantee that because this is what I want, this is my drive and passion. Let me help out your world class,  academic institute, and your team.
