Prior to my high school years, I played soccer on a travel team. Once I found my passion as a football kicker, I took the challenge head on and have enjoyed my journey so far. I learned a great deal from my first coach, who still keeps in touch with his former students, some of whom became very successful in the NFL. He instilled in me the importance of balance, focus, muscle memory, and team work. I utilized his advice at the Chris Sailor camps, where I was fortunate to have performed well. I continue training and always working to improve my form. As a rising senior, I am excited about the prospects of finding a new home at a college where I can shine on the field and in the classroom. My goal is to become a photojournalist. I have a proven ability to capture the moment in my photos, such as the high emotion and anguish that I caught at a rally in Parkland, Florida immediately after the shootings. I can get results under pressure on the grid iron and behind a lens. As the manager of my school's Multicultural Club, and having been around the globe with my family, I am very adept at getting along with people from diverse backgrounds. I have developed powers of observation that serve me well on the field, behind a camera, and in the classroom. Whichever college team becomes my new home, I will give every shred of my knowledge and ability to make our seasons a success.
