JaiVanni McDavid '18 Recruiting Profile

Although football is my favorite sport, I have lettered 4 years in basketball as well. With the varsity football team, I have had the pleasure to play various positions including the cornerback, backup quarterback, and special teams. I am also an excellent team player because I can be used for additional positions on the team when necessary.

Along with my ability to transition through various positions on the team, I am also an extremely fast runner. I am listed in the top 50 fastest football athlete in Georgia; currently, my 40 yard dash time is a mere 4.3 seconds. My speed and agility can be attributed to my height at 6’0 and 180 pd. I utilize this speed on the field to my advantage. This is evidence of my determination to quickly make important on-field decisions to help ensure team success and make difficult plays happen. I even have the ability to switch positions during a game.

Despite my athletic love I have managed to balance being a student-athlete and a student .I love to play sports but I also value my education. I look forward to becoming a student-athlete at your school .
