Isiah Waller '21 Recruiting Profile

Through the last couple of years I have had to deal with a lot of adversity . Due to financial issues I was never able to do what I wanted "play football". Through my middle school days life was very hard I ended up in foster care due to abuse . It was scary beining away from my family not knowing where I was going to sleep. The only days I looked forward to were the ones when I could come out my room and look at football on Saturdays and Sundays  with the people that stayed with me. Once I got out of the system I took the first opportunity I had two play football ,this year my 9th grade year at Washington high school . My first  practice I was scared seeing those big guys in pads ready to hit . I quickly got over my fear and used my siblings and passion for the game as a way to keep me driving to success, I used these reasons to fuel my hunger to be the best . After my first practice I pulled my mind together and told myself "I'm human there human to they can hurt just like I can there's nothing to be afraid of . I want to make it to play on the next level because I want to make my family proud I want to help my family out and I want to give back . You probably hear the same thing from everybody when you read letters like this, you probably get people telling you no ones going to work harder than them. I'm not going to tell u that I'm going to prove it. I would be a good candidate  for any team because I have heart I eat sleep live and dream football I am motivated I am dedicated and  I have the will to be successful playing this sport . I am a good  candidate for any team because I will do what ever it takes to be great and I am always committed to the process .
