Marcus Bleazard '21 Recruiting Profile

Here is a recommendation from my current Defensive Coordinator:  "Marcus is one of the finest young men I have ever coached and we are blessed to have him for 2 more seasons. Marcus has great vision and is able to read run/pass quickly, diagnose plays and find the ball with great force. He has great hands and easily destroys would be blockers. He is an extremely intelligent player (boasts over a 4.0 GPA in the classroom) and is that kid who is always around the football.  His attitude is incredibly positive and contagious. He was a true leader for us even as a Sophomore.   He is an absolute beast in the weight room and has a good chance to set records for us in several categories. Marcus has never complained of any injury and has never missed a practice or a meeting that I am aware of. He plays with real physicality and relentless effort and I believe his body certainly has the ability to handle Big Time D1A football. I have been coaching for close to 20 years as both a DC and a HC and know for a fact that players like Marcus Bleazard are really hard to find anymore. He will make your program much better with his playing ability and his awesome spirit."
