- Outside the lines Mason believes giving back to the community is important as an athlete and leader, during his down time you will find Mason volunteering to help less fortunate children participate in sports, (www.lexisgame.com) he believes that sports builds character and all kids should be given an opportunity to participate no matter their social standing or physical challenges.
My goal is to attend college because it serves as the gateway to better options and more opportunity no matter what path I pursue
My aspirations are to play football at the collegiate level, what differentiates me from other athlete’s is my drive academically, between the lines and my community involvement. I find a lot of the athletes I compete against are only in it for “them” and forget about giving back to the community.
I find it most rewarding to be able to play sports at a high level at the same time volunteering with foundations such as Lexisgame.com where I've made lasting impressions on handicap and mentally challenged children by showing them how much I enjoy hanging out with them. I find at the end of the day I leave the field full filled to be part of such a great organization.
