Being an actor and performer from an early age has taught me that being a professional is not about being paid. It's about learning to respect people and their time, being ready to do my job, and that kindness matters. This mindset is at the core of my values, has helped me in football, and has helped me to pursue being the best version of myself.
I can't wait to experience football at the college level and in the college atmosphere. I'd like to play in front of a crowd, big or small, that expects higher levels of performance. I don't know if I'm good enough but I can't wait to learn and put in the work to find out. It will also increase my football IQ and expose me to more disciplined practices so that I can one day bring that knowledge and experience back home to share with Hawaii's youth.
I'm excited to see how my student-athlete years in college will help me become a football coach, educator, commercial actor, and productive member of society.
