Hello Coaches,
I’m currently a junior at Deerfield High School in suburban Chicago.
I want to play college football because I love the game. I think my size, athleticism, and desire to win can help any program at any level. I just want the chance to prove I belong.
I got called up to varsity my freshman year and played special teams the last three games of the season. I then started at receiver as a sophomore. I didn’t have many catches (we were led by a senior all-state WR who committed to Iowa and a senior all-state RB), but I learned what it takes to be elite.
This past season, I finished with 32 catches, 475 yards,125 yards off defensive pass interference calls, 3 TDs, a two-point conversion, and 25 yards per kick return. I grew as a player and leader and my training in the offseason definitely paid off. I take as much pride in my blocking as I do catching TDs. I love springing my teammates loose for big plays.
I’m working hard right now for my senior season. I was a three-sport athlete the last few years but have decided to focus on football going into my final year. Along with team training, I'm working with a speed/WR trainer who was a three-year college starter. I’m also playing on the Midwest Boom 18U National Team that'll compete at 7v7 tournaments around the country from February through May.
I'm also building up my GPA and will continue to work hard in the classroom to become the best version of myself.
Thank you for considering me for your program!
