Hello from Chicago. My name is Troy James Cooper – and I am entering my senior year of high school at Glenbard East HS in Lombard, Illinois. My goal is to join an outstanding collegiate football program, study business or law and contribute to a team and grow as a leader.
I’m known for my solid defense in part due to my large wingspan and strong core. I am a “team first kind of a guy” who ALWAYS brings a grind and positive attitude. A challenge gets me fired up – motivating me to put in the work, never giving up. The covid years were tricky without organized sports, but I am proud of how I used my time at the gym and training with my coach.
I care as much football and maintaining a healthy physique as I do my academics. My GPA speaks about my success in the classroom, and my rigorous course load. I recently became a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society. My favorite classes so far have been culinary I and II – I won’t lie, I love food!
