For most of my life that I can clearly remember I've been part of a football team. In a highly competitive Tri County junior league east of St. Louis our team won back to back championships (12u and 14u). I started both ways each year and rarely saw the bench. As a member of that team my leadership role and selflessness was crucial, along with others, to our eventual success. I am a quiet leader and team player who will not leave anyone behind.
As my academic aspirations at this point are undecided, immediate goals primarily include continuing with football as I love the game. My Dad says I should focus on a degree that leads to teaching as he thinks I'd be a good coach and would work well with those interested in the game.
As a junior at right guard, playing for an Illinois 8A team in the competitive Southwestern Conference, I did not miss an offensive snap all year. My ability to adapt to offensive sets will not disappoint and I'm no stranger to defense anchoring as nose at all previous levels until this year.
