My goal is not only to play a collegiate sport, but to also earn a degree that will benefit me for the rest of my life. Playing football and going to college has always been a dream of mine. I started playing tackle football in 2nd grade, and instantly fell in love with the sport. I'm so thankful that I have the opportunity to play the sport I love. On and off the field, I try to be a leader.
I am a very teachable athlete, and I am always willing to sacrifice anything for the better of the team. I strive everyday to be the best player and student I can. I have a very committed work ethic, and never quit until my goal is complete. I try to be a friend to all of my teammates, and stay sportsmanlike to all of my opponents. On the field, in between plays and downs, I would describe myself as a diplomat. I try my best to lead my teammates to make the best decision possible. I try to present myself the same way off the field- in the halls and in the classroom.
I remember to always stay humble, and be thankful for any opportunity I get to participate in athletics. Not only do I love football, but it's my passion- and I will work towards my goal everyday to improve my game, and my academics.
