Jakob Mutchler '20 Recruiting Profile

I am Jakob Mutchler. OL/Longsnapper.  I am currently playing for Oldham County High School football team. I am interested in playing football to my highest ability in a place that is best suited for me athletically and academically.  I am a learn quick and have great attention to detail in technique and proven my strength among my teammates. I was a leader of the team especially on the O-line as a Junior and will continue as a Senior. Although OL is my main position in high school; I have prepared myself to play any position in college. I play DL when call upon and I have been focusing on long snapping too. I am exceptional as a pulling guard . With my size I could easily transition to a position that's primary role is lead blocking.  I can't control my height but I can control my attitude, leadership abilities and strength conditioning.  Each year I have been able to put on ~20lbs and will continue to work on adding muscle.  Through elite camps; I would like to improve my knowledge, skill and technique of the game. 2013 NUC Top Prospect, 2014 FBU Nashville with an invited to FBU Top Gun camp, and lettered Varsity as a Freshman. I also am on the state ranked wrestling team.  I will continue to improve technique and strength as an offensive lineman.  I am also working to improve technique on long snapping for special teams.
