~~My collegiate goals and aspirations are to attend a 4 year college and major in Meteorology. I love science that deals with the atmosphere and especially with weather and weather forecasting. My goal is to receive a 4 year undergraduate degree and become a Meteorologist.
It has always been my dream to play college football. I love playing football and I am focused and I have the determination to succeed. Playing on my school's football team, basketball team and track team have greatly improved my ability to work as a part of a team. I am self-motivated and I have a positive attitude. I have the determination to succeed and win. I give my all for my teammates and my coaches. My parents taught me at a young age to be responsible and to never let go of your dreams. My mother instilled in me, “What I dream I can achieve.”
The qualities that I possess make me stand out from other recruits in character athletics and academics. I currently hold a 3.0 GPA and I have worked hard to maintain good grades. In the classroom I am always on a mission to succeed no matter how hard the work. Outside of the classroom and sports, I am a member of the concert band at Broadmoor High School and I play the Alto Saxophone. I am very active in my church (Cornerstone United Methodist Church in New Orleans). I am currently the vice-president for the youth ministry and I hold the position of Secretary on the district level for a church organization called DCYM (District Council Youth Ministry). On DCYM I have had the opportunity to work with several mission projects (Ex: Feed the homeless and work with Second Harvester Food Bank). I am also a member of the media ministry at my church.
