Khaylon Chapple '20 Recruiting Profile

         Why would I be a good candidate for your team? Well, I have overcame many obstacles in my life. Before I was one the doctor said I wouldn't live to see my first birthday. I was suppose to die. Another one is that I am in sped( special education department). I got put there because I stutter. I've been this way since I was born. Lots of kids made fun of me about it. I learned to block them out. I 'm still in sped but I don't let that stop me. I have dreams of going to the NFL and nothing will stop me. I've been doubted my whole life, but I just work harder.

       I became interested in football when I was 6. I just loved the thought of knocking somebody's helmet off. My mom didn't let me play until I was in the sixth grade. She said she wanted my body to develop.  I have learned many things about myself while playing this sport. I have learned how to follow directions. My coaches always told me if you can't follow directions we do not need you, also I became more disciplined. Not many sophomores start on varsity. I have matured a lot over my aging I grew up a lot quicker. My parents taught me that a men works. I been working since 13. I have what it takes to be the best.  

      Some academic goals I have for high school is gradate with A's and B's on my transcript, also with a 3.8 GPA. Some academic goals I have for college is to graduate with A's and a 4.0 GPA. I have very unique skills. Like I can fix computers. I can cook also. This statement really does explain me, and I hope you will consider me for your team.
