Samuel Maggio '22 Recruiting Profile

I plan to major in Physical Education so I can work with students to help them reach their athletic goals.  I enjoy the personal challenge of bettering myself physically while working towards new goals and would like to share that enjoyment with others.  

Athletics have always been a joy.  I presently play on my high school football, soccer, and track team (pole vault).  I enjoy the competition and value the relationships I have with my fellow student athletes and coaches.  I know that being part of a team means that you are there during practices and games to push and support each other.  Whether I am the person on the field or sideline I need to be ready to do what is needed for others as well as myself.

As a student athlete I know that academics must be a priority  not only for myself but to help support my team.
