Jeremy Card '22 Recruiting Profile

My passion for football started when I was a child, as I would always play it with my father. The opportunity to play football presented itself when I was in fourth grade, I jumped at the chance to be able to play and develop my skill. Ever since then I have been putting immense amounts of hardwork and dedication in, pushing myself to become a better player. Unfortunately, my freshman year of high school I decided not to play; this was a very difficult year for me, I was struggling with many different things. Then I came back sophomore year after working on my character, and became a varsity starter for the rest of my high school career I played iron man football and did not come off the field. After my Junior year my school transitioned into 8 man football. The reason I am a great candidate for your team is because I will bring my leadership and strong skills to your team. What makes me stand apart from other teams is that I understand what it takes to set aside personal goals and focus on the team, and my work ethic will be on show from the day I step on your field, if I am lucky enough to get that opportunity.
