I have always wanted to play college ball. Once I got in the weight room as an 8th grader, I became very close with the upperclassmen and was able to play on the varsity team as a sophomore. The experience helped me grow as a player and as a person. I am looking forward to being a more vocal teammate in order to further fulfill my role as a leader and captain. One goal for my senior season is to lead my team back into the playoffs, breaking our streak. I am proud of my motivation and coachability as well as my ability to stay committed to my academics. I have learned countless life lessons from my athletic career and can't wait to dominate on the field again.
