This is my 2nd year of playing football ever but that doesn't stop me from what I want to accomplish in the sport. Since I am considered a rookie, I am somewhat a blank slate and have the ability to learn fairly quickly. As a team, individual skill is necessary but playing as a team is what's most important because it takes the whole team to win. Some of my goals is to improve on my defensive skills and become a better leader for myself and my team. Recently I have faced the difficulties of wearing a cast on my left hand due to a thumb tendon injury. This hasn't stopped me from working out and keeping up with my team mates. Academically I am a hands on learner and always have an open mind to learn more academically. Within the past two years I have been able to bring up my GPA, working through a major family loss within the first two years of high school. (2016).
