Preston Pelham '14 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations are to play at the next level for a quality university with a great program and history while getting a great education while I'm there. This year I will be a captain and part of the team that changed our program last year.  In 2012 we had our best season in the programs history.  I feel my leadership and contribution in both the off season and during the season played a big role our teams success.  I lead our defense with 173 tackles and was named All State, and was named Defensive Player of the year for our county.  It was the first time a Jr. has won this award.  I'm also a All-State Wrestler by placing 7 th at 215 lbs  as a Junior and ended the year with a 50-7 record.  I plan on wrestling Heavy Weight my senior year in pursuit of a state championship..  My goal is to again set new team records with wins and and be the first two time player of the year.  My work ethic in the weight room, watching film and on the field is unmatched.
