My name is Jeff Amundson. I have played varsity football since my freshman year and have loved every second of it. As a freshman in highschool, I received honorable mention, all confrence my freshman year and all conference the following three years. I hold the state record for most tackles for loss in Minnesota for all divisions. I have recieved the 100% award three years in a row and the MVP award this past year. These awards are voted on by the team. I also made second team all-state. In the four years as a starter at W-E-M highschool, the team has had 47 wins and only 4 losses. In 2009 we were 2A state champions. I weigh 215 pounds solid. If I could use three words to describe myself they would be explosive, fearless and relentless. I bring an energy to both the team and the field that a successful team needs. In highschool I played defensive end, (some linebacker) and offensive tackle. On defense you can't keep me out of the backfield. I'm a nightmare to quarterbacks because of my desire to make a play. I have quick feet and hands to shed blocks. I have always dreamed of playing college football someday and now that my senior year is over I can't imagine not playing the game. I'd like to play division ll football somewhere in Minnesota and have had calls but I have not made a choice yet. As homecoming king, captain of the football team, and a leader in general I would be a great addition to a team because I'm a people person and open minded. Even though im a big athlete I also have enjoyed being part of school plays, and being involved with different people and friends. I can become friends with a starving lion. Just let me talk for awhile, :) Thanks for looking.
Sincerly,Jeff Amundson
