Tell coaches about your collegiate goals and aspirations.
My name is Elijah Othell Brown and I attend school at Meridian High School. I have set forth an abundance of collegiate goals and aspirations. Since I love the game of football, I aspire to major in Sports Medicine and become an Athletic Trainer. I developed a passion for Sports Medicine from watching how our Athletic Trainer takes pride in making sure every player receives adequate care. Therefore, I will work hard in the classroom to accomplish this goal.
What makes you a good candidate for their team?
I strongly believe that my level of respect for not only my coaches and teammates but for myself makes me a good candidate for their team. Also, I have always shown great leadership abilities on and off the football field. In addition, my abilities to play multiple positions(RB and MLB)on both sides of the field.
What makes you different from other recruits in character, athletics, and academics?
In character, I keep a smile on my face and do not allow any mistake to have an effect on me. In athletics, my level of performance is always in change mode. It does not remain the same. I have no problem with being corrected and train harder. In addition, my leadership abilities play an essential role. I always motivate my teammates who feel depleted to never give up. In academics, I work exceptionally hard in the classroom. I am someone who truly cares about my grades and GPA. Therefore, I enroll in Honors/AP classes to put myself in a place to receive scholarships.
