What makes me different is the fact that my academics and entrepreneurship drives me to succeed, with athletics being the icing to the cake. I plan to use future professional earnings to build wealth for myself and others. I remember a moment when one of my middle coaches told me to never pick up a discus or shot-put again because I was making mistakes.  I felt so defeated but I kept pushing and ended up placing in the top three each year after in district competition to eventually when 3rd place in the 5-A shot put. I have grown as a football player and track athlete and was even able to lose over 70 lbs. to eventually be taken off a blood pressure medication that I had been taking since the age 14. So again what makes me different is that I am more than an athlete, I am a visionary, and a scholar.
