Brandon Turner '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6’2” 272lb Defensive Tackle from Water Valley, MS. I am a Junior at Water Valley High School and have played  on both defense and offense. I started playing left tackle my 7th and 8th grade Jr High Varsity years and when I became a freshman, I played defensive tackle. My freshman year I played with and against Seniors and Juniors with game experience on higher levels and been able to compete on every aspect. As a Junior I was number one on depth chart for nose tackle. My desire to win, train and work hard makes me the competitive athlete I am. My goal is to play defensive tackle on a highly competitive college level. As a high school Junior, I have not declared a major, but my interest is motion graphics and video animation. I have played organize football since the age of eight. Since playing football at an early age, I have been able to learn from many coaches on technique, team building and fundamentals. Off the field, I enjoy spending time with my family, singing in the church choir, swimming and making videos. I study hard and maintain a  GPA of 3.2.
