I’m a 5’7” 175 pound Defensive Back that knows all the defensive back positions well. I have played it all and I was used all over the field defensively and at times even play outside linebacker when we needed an extra guy in the box. I’m a much focused hardworking senior that hopes to one day play college football. As well as competing on the field I also compete in the classroom and try to maintain my GPA over a 3.0 hoping that my GPA will give me a better chance to play college football. After four years of high school football I played two years on JV and played two years on varsity. I never reject a workout or an extra rep at practice because I know that will just get me that much better. I refuse to be average, I only strive for greatness. Through many experiences I learned that in order to become great you must fail. If nobody ever failed we’d all be average. I don’t want to be average I want to be great I will take an opportunity and excel on it and if failure knocks me down I will just stand right back up. As being the only athlete in my family, I want to be the first in my family to go to college and the first to play a sport. In order to do that it will require a lot of work and I know that but I’m known for being determined and having a great work ethic. I consider myself humble and when an opportunity comes I will strike at it because it’s all I have been waiting and working for. I feel that there’s a college out there that fits me and I can make a difference and excel in their programs. I just want to be given a shot and for whoever gives me that shot, I will not disappoint you.
