Kenneth DiStefano '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I’m Kenneth J. DiStefano III. I'm a 2-year varsity player as of my junior year; I've played in both 3-4 and 4-2 defensive schemes along with playing DE, DT, OLB, and then on the offensive side OT. My freshman and sophomore year I primarily played DE in an edge rush and run contain responsibility in the 4-2. Playing on the freshman team my freshman year and getting minimal minutes my sophomore year on varsity. This prior year when the defense change to a 3-4 where I had to adapt to a more traditional 3i or head up DE. I’ve had the unique ability to play with and practice with two college committed OTs and one all conference OT as well.

As a past three sport athlete and now two sport athlete, certain traits have stuck with me along the way. Through injuries and hard times, I have remained focus and determined to get me through. Being coachable, being a student of the game, and keeping a positive attitude, are ideals that have been instilled in me throughout my athletic career.
