My collegiate goals are to improve and get to the next level. I believe I am a good candidate because of my resiliency, leadership, work ethic, and consistency on and off the field. In 2019 my 9th grade season was ended early by a torn ACL and detached LCL in my left leg. I finally learnt what I was like to lose something I love: football and the ability to play sports. This gave me the drive and determination to want to succeed and get better. Living in New York, I did not have a sophomore season which gave me even more time to improve. I’ve spent countless hours during this time in the weight room (4-6 days a week) and working on my agility and speed. I believe I am different from other recruits because I am quite well rounded or what some would say a “jack of all trades”. Another thing is my injury. This gave me a whole new mindset and mentality to want to work hard and improve myself which I do not think many players go through at such a young place in their careers.
