Mac Magyaros '18 Recruiting Profile

I started playing football at a young age (2nd grade), and I instantly developed a passion for the game. I love football, and I want to play as long as I can. As I look ahead to my future, I realize the importance of academics and that football will come to an end eventually. Academics are my priority when selecting a college. I can handle a top academic college because I have maintained over a 3.5 cumulative high school GPA while playing football, running track, working multiple jobs, weight training, teaching, and participating in clubs throughout my entire high school career. I have balanced all these activities along with Honors and AP coursework. I will continue to challenge myself next year as my senior year will be my most academically challenging year yet. I am highly motivated to compete on and off the field, and I carry this drive with me everyday. I am a powerful leader that leads through actions rather than words. I am compassionate, open-minded, and very coachable. My passion, leadership, and love of competition will give me the opportunity to have an instant impact at the college I have the privilege to play for. I am ready for the challenge of collegiate football and look forward to finding the right fit for me.
