One of my major goals in life since I was 7 years old was and still is to play college football. Football is not just a sport for me it is something I love, my passion, and a way that I enjoy life. Ever since I put that helmet on, ran sprints, and got that first tackle I knew it was something that I wanted to continue to do in my life. I have not just improved on the field as I have grown up but off the field. Football has made me into a better young man through team work, practice, and responsibility on and off the field. I know that as my time in high school comes to an end, it is my desire and will to continue on playing the game that I love.
Being willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goal and not just stopping when I reach makes me a good candidate for college football. I am willing to achieve on and off the field. Not only to become a better football player but a better man. I want to use what I learn to teach others about what I love.
Being a college athlete is not something to take lightly; for performing on the field and in the classroom to obtain a college degree is what I am striving for. Representing the school on and off the field, giving the fans a good game and living up to the motto of the school with what I desire and something I am willing to commit to. Representing God, self, family and my school in a positive manner, and upholding stands, morals and values is a commitment you can have from me. Supporting my teammates and being a team player, encourager, and motivator is something that my coaches can speak about my character. I am a great candidate for your school and program, and choosing me will be a great decision both rewarding and unforgettable.
