The greater the sacrifice the greater the reward is what my dad told me as I grew up and I will always go with this saying until I have gotten the greater rewards. I started playing football my very first time when I was 7, ever since I have fell in love with this sport. I love the idea of getting in contact with someone and going full speed 110%. Everytime I step onto a field I pour out my 110%. After little league, 4 season later I have devoted myself to getting better and working on what I need to. During the off season I tried throwing discus and shotput since my 7th grade year. Then I was throwing about 50 to 60 feet in discus and 15 to 20 in shot put, but as of now I throw in the range of 80 to 90 or more feet in discus and 20 to 30 feet in shot put. During the off season I picked up a hobby other than hunting and fishing, I started to play guitar. I took lessons about one year, now I have been playing for 2 years. I am a intermediate player, and self taught since I stopped lessons. I still play and I teach myself new tricks and songs that I love to play, and other people enjoy listening to them. Once high school picked up I wanted to hit the weight room hard, I didn’t get as many results as I wanted to see. Being that I am a freshman, I am going to push myself even harder over the next summer workouts and season and I will put forth the work that I need to to become successful on the field. Football also really helps me build my physical and mental strength. Also to never quit on the field and to never quit on myself. To push no matter what happens and be able to go above and beyond omy goals on the field. I also want to go above and beyond my goals in school , by striving even harder in the classroom. Taking college courses during school is one goal of mine. I will challenge myself to prepare for more to come. “The greater tha sacrifice the greater the reward”.
