My family and some football players like Tim Tebow have influenced who I am. The struggles I have had to go through in my life, like family members deaths have also influenced who I am. I became interested in this sport by watching it when I was younger. It is the only sport I can remember watching that made me think, when I grow up this is the sport I want to pursue. I didn't start playing football until 3rd grade. I've learned some stuff about myself playing football. One thing I learned is the amount of aggressiveness I have. I've also learned the amount of strength I have and how fast I can actually run. My academic goal for high school is to find a major and for me to get all of the credits I need to graduate high school and for me to go to college. I also would like to continue to have A's and B's, throughout high school. My academic goal for college is to achieve greatness and outdo everything I have done in High School. I would love to make all A’s but I know College is difficult so I will remember that as well. Some obstacles I had to overcome in my childhood was my uncle's death when I was in 5th grade and my great grandmothers death when I was in 10th grade. Those were hard for me. Another obstacle I had to overcome was when I played on a pop warner team for 2 years and never won a game. After that I kind of questioned myself if I still wanted to play but I never gave up and I kept playing football and I still do to this day. My heart is in it and I love everything about it. All the hard work, tiredness and countless hours I dedicate to it, I definitely don’t regret any of that. My characteristics that I have are that I care for & respect my coaches and players, and try to step up and help those that need a little more guidance on the field. I am very disciplined I have a lot respect for my not only my team but for the game!
