Chas DeBruhl High...I have played football ever since I was eight years old. I have not always played quarterback though, I started playing quarterback in the seventh grade. I was not that good so I had to work hard everyday to get where I am today and it is the same way in high school. Playing football has taught me how to be a good leader on and off the field and that teamwork is key to success. My goal is to finish high school with highest honors and get a degree in engineering. I also want to go to a college that gives me the best chance to be successful not only on the football field but in the classroom. A huge obstacle for me was at the end of my sophomore year when my team was battling in our last regular season game for the last playoff spot. We lost that game in triple overtime and it was devastating. But from that I knew that I never wanted to have that feeling again so I worked harder than ever after that. I am a great leader, I work harder than everyone else, and I will also put in the extra time needed to make me a better player.
