As an incoming high school freshman, I was eager and enthusiastic about the next adventure and journey in my life. My goal was to prepare myself both academically and athletically for a future, successful collegiate experience. My hope and plan was to increase my knowledge in the classroom with good grades and scores, while focusing on health sciences. Athletically, my goal was to become stronger, faster, and more agile on the football field, preparing to play at the next level. I also wanted to serve as an encouraging and motivating team leader.
At the end of my senior year, I am confident I have met these goals. My academic health is one that I have worked hard to grow and maintain, and at the beginning of my last semester, one of which I am very proud. Even through the struggles of maintaining athletic excellence during the COVID-19 Pandemic, I have persevered. I am stronger, faster, and more agile. My Senior season is one of which I am very proud both in athleticism and leadership.
But my goals are to continue to strive to be even better. A huge part of that set of goals is finding a college or university where I can be challenged to be a better student, a better athlete, and a better person. I am eager and excited to be heading to a well established, academically strong college or university that has a reputable football program of which I can be a part.
