Ajani Osborne '24 Recruiting Profile

Growing up as a child of two athletes, I was introduced to sports at a young age. I was able to understand how to compete and excel in something you loved. However, playing these sports never really excited me. Not until I started football. Football created a passion in me that I didn’t know I could have for a single sport. Football has helped me see the future and set a goal, this goal being to make something for myself and ultimately get accepted into a good college.

 Through football, I believe I have learned a lot about myself, and a lot about life as well. This game is about breaking through all barriers to get to the other side and achieve the ultimate prize. I have learned that you will always be faced with new roadblocks, defenses, and hardships, but overcoming these obstacles, and pushing on, whether that’s alone or with a team of support around you, will strengthen your character as well as your resolve. I didn’t understand the similarities until I stepped foot on the field, and now it’s in my soul. As a result, I will face any hardship that hits me head on, and continue to strive for optimal success. I look forward to meeting you coach and the opportunity to be on your team!
