Andre Burt '22 Recruiting Profile

From a young age my family instilled in me the importance of vision and drive in creating my future. As I envision my impending college career, I imaging joining an institution that will not only assist in fulfilling my goals of vision of building a business in wealth management but also help in my ambitions to be the best Safety/DB in the collegiate arena. The best college/university for me will provide an environment to promote my advancement as an athlete, but also help me lay the groundwork for a future beyond my collegiate career. 

As a member of any team, I exude leadership qualities. Joining my High School Varsity Football team as a sophomore I was quickly elevated to a Captain by my coaches. When not on the field I'm always cheering on other players, creating energy in the weight room, improving solidarity amongst my teammates via off-the-field events, and promoting focus and guidance in line within direction provided by the coaches . Academically, I foster a team mentality by helping others when struggling in certain classes and providing resources that have proven beneficial to me in the past.
