My family has an immense love for football. My Grandfather played at D2 Angelo State University based in San Angelo. My Uncle and my namesake played D1 at the University of Texas A&M at College Station at Fullback. These family members have mainly influenced me because they love the game. I played many different sports when I was younger, but football clicked the most. My whole family is a massive fan of football, especially my dad. My bond with him and me helped me grow my love for this sport. I have learned about myself through playing this sport that I have great perseverance and can lead a team even at a younger age. I play my hardest on either side of the field. I play with no fear and am afraid of no one, and I can prove to anyone why I should play at the level I strive to be at. My Academic goal for High School is to maintain at least a 3.5-4 GPA. I excel at some subjects and struggle with some, but I waste no time trying to get those specific classes to ensure a good GPA. I do not know what I have in mind for college, but I am open to anything. Just something that makes me feel good about what I am doing. One major obstacle that I overcome is the fact that I have divorced parents, so my schedule is never in order. But I strive to make sure I can make time for things that matter most. One unique characteristic is that I can play any sport with the right mindset. I mainly play Track other than football, but I play any sport I can. I made it to State in the 200 as a Freshman. I did not place very high, but I think it is excellent where I placed at the age I did.
The main thing I want the reader to get from this is that I am versatile, a good sport, and hardworking. I will be mean if needed, but I will never hesitate to help my teammates and keep up the morale for me and the team.
