Mitchell Smith '08 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mitchell Smith. I am a 2008 graduate of New Boston Texas . I have been playing football since third grade. I have always been on the first team. I started out playing Quarter Back and half back. I have been a kicker ,on many special teams, and defense as a linebacker. I thrive on playing football. My dreams are getting a degree in the medical field. Possible a nurse practitioner. I am small to be a defensive player . 5'11" to 6'/aprox.170pounds,and I think it may slow down the coaches in choosing me with a scholarship. I am here to tell you that I am very aggressive and will prove to anyone what its like to play football. It would be a privilege to you for me to be on your team. I am that confident. I have a lower GPA than some but I haven't given it my all and hope that I will get a chance to prove that. College classes doesn't scare me. I know that its hard work and has to be taken seriuos. I would like to have that chance to prove it. I am a team player and enjoy being around the other guys. My mom is in the medical field and just listening to her wanting to make a difference makes me want to be in the medical field.Who says I can't go to medical school and play football. I am working out to be prepared to play football .Its my dream.My goal. I want to make a serious commitment to do my best academically as well as playing football. I wont disappoint you..
