I am excited to bring my dedication, perseverance, and passion for football to the collegiate level. Athletics have taught me to embrace challenges and continually strive for improvement, values I carry with me both on and off the field. My ultimate goal is to contribute to a team's success while growing as an athlete, student, and individual.
One of my defining traits is my resilience. I have faced challenges in academics due to a learning disability but have worked hard to improve my performance by seeking support, developing better study habits, and maintaining a positive attitude. Balancing athletics with academics has taught me valuable skills like time management and prioritization, which I know will help me succeed in college.
On the field, I am a driven and coachable athlete who thrives in competitive environments. I aim to bring a strong sense of leadership, teamwork, and accountability to every practice and game. I believe that success is not just about individual achievements but about lifting up those around me. Although I played baseball from kindergarten, I did not start playing football until 9th grade. My father is from England and my mother says she watches sports to watch me. This meant that unlike most American boys, I did not grow up watching and playing football. It was not until I entered high school and a coach invited me to join the team that I found my true passion!
While my GPA doesn’t fully reflect my potential, it highlights my determination to keep pushing forward despite obstacles. I am committed to improving, both academically and athletically, because I believe in setting high standards for myself and always striving to meet them.
I am eager to bring my passion, grit, and growth mindset to a college team and make a positive impact.
