I am a student athlete. I play football, basketball, and track and field. My true passion is football. I have played football since I was 5 years old. Through out the years, I have played quarterback, slot receiver, safety, and wide receiver. While in Junior High School and my freshman year of high school, my primary position was quarterback. I was then promoted to the Varsity football team my sophomore year. My coaches decided that I would serve the team better as their slot receiver. I played this position until my senior year where I played wide receiver. At the end of my senior season, I had 66 receptions, 1025 receiving yards, and 14 touchdowns. I have been select for First Time Offensive All District for my sophomore and senior years, Second Team Offensive All District for my junior year, and Academic All District for my entire Varsity career. While being an athlete, I have maintained a 3.428 GPA. I planned to continue my football career at a 4-year university where I will major in Kinesiology to become a coach and a teacher. I ultimately would like to coach at the collegiate level and start my own clothing line.
My versatility makes me different from many other recruits. I can play multiple positions on the field, offensive or defensive. I’m very swift on my feet and I’m a quick learner. Another asset is that I am a team player. As for my personality traits, I consider myself to be caring, loving, funny, a leader, and selfless. All of these characteristics have played a part in making me the athlete I am today.
