Spring Workout
Spring WorkoutI have had several driving forces in my life. First among those has been a passion to succeed. My mother died when I was 11 years-old. She spent most of her life in a battle with drug dependency. I vowed, at that time to be different, to fulfill the promise that God has graced me with and to not squander the opportunities I have been given. Despite dyslexia, I am a little better than average student, but only through concentration. The same concentration, hard work, and passion for success has translated into my athletic accomplishments.
My collegiate goals for myself mirror those that drive me today with the addition that through academic and athletic leadership I want to be an example to my younger brother and to other children who are the innocent victims of drug abuse. Through football, the sport that I love, and as not just an athletic coach, but as a living example, I hope to drive them away from the culture that perpetuates itself everyday in parts of our society. For that reason, if your program requires passion for excellence, I guarantee to not disappoint.
