My name is Dyson Richards, TE from American Fork, Utah. My goal is to play college football at a high level while earning a degree that will set me up for success beyond the game. I’m driven by the desire to compete, to keep developing as an athlete, and to contribute to a program that values hard work, accountability, and team culture.

Going to college is about more than just football. I want to earn a degree because I know how important it is to build a future beyond the field. Education opens doors, and I’m determined to walk through them. I want to use college as an opportunity to expand my mind, learn from others, and prepare myself for life after football—whether that’s in business, coaching, or another path I discover along the way.

What makes me a strong candidate for your team is my commitment to doing the little things right—on and off the field. I bring consistency, leadership, and a relentless work ethic. I don’t just show up—I prepare, I push my teammates, and I compete every rep like it matters, because it does. I work hard because I know success isn’t given, it’s earned. I study film, I train with purpose, and I constantly push myself to be better.

What sets me apart is my character and discipline. I take pride in being coachable, staying locked in during tough moments, and balancing the demands of school and football. I understand the value of education, and I’m motivated to grow not just as a player, but as a student and leader.
