Football isn’t just a game to me it’s everything. Growing up, I faced a lot of challenges, and football was my escape. It gave me a way to push through the tough times, the struggles, and everything life threw at me. Before I even wore pads, I was hooked on the game, playing backyard football and dreaming about the day I’d get my chance.
That chance came this year when I played my freshman season at Westfield High School. The moment I stepped onto that field, I knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Football is my way to become the person I strive to be. It’s how I’ll build a future, take care of my family, and one day teach my kids the game I love.
My goal is clear: I want to make it to Division 1, dominate, and one day, reach the NFL. And I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get there. Long practices, extra reps, time in the gym it’s all part of the grind, and I’m all in. I train every day, pushing myself hard, because I know that the grind never stops.
One of my strongest qualities is my commitment to giving 100% on every play, even if I mess up. I don’t make the same mistake twice because I learn quickly and adapt. Hard work is who I am, whether I’m on scout team or starting. I’ll always push myself and my teammates to be better.
Family is everything to me, and my team is like my second family. When I walk into the locker room, my teammates are my brothers. I also take every opportunity seriously. No matter the situation, I find a way to make the most of it. Even when I have nothing, I’ll make something out of it.
I carry that same mentality into the classroom, maintaining a 3.3 GPA while striving to improve every day.
All I need is one shot, and I won’t waste it.
