Timothy’s  Personal Statement

The characteristics I want a coach to know about me are that I am very dedicated, hardworking, respectful, and energetic.   To start off, I am very intelligent and take my education seriously.  My number one priority is to work hard to get good grades and maintain the Honor Roll.  I know that my dedication to my academics allows me to be a better athlete.  Whenever I set a goal, I work hard to achieve my dream both academically and athletically.  That is why I made 2nd team all district at cornerback in football as a freshman and was moved up to the varsity squad for basketball.  My dedication to become a better student athlete is exhibited by showing up on time for practices, listening to my coach, and working hard to correct my mistakes.  I am also very outgoing and treat everyone with respect.   I work hard to be the best player and teammate I can possibly be.   Right now, I am 5'9", 165lbs. and eager to achieve more honors and awards as I progress through school.  I can offer a lot to a team with my leadership skills, hard work, dedication, and drive to achieve whatever I desire.  When I graduate, I would like to attend college in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, or West Virginia. It is my desire and goal to be a Pediatrician.  While in college, I would also like to experience the football and basketball programs.
